The foraging walk with Lizi was really informative and enjoyable. We learnt all about what can be found right on your doorstep. There were so many things we would have usually walked past, that we learned would be really useful in cooking for our supper clubs. For our most recent supper club in October we used pickled elderberries, foraged raspberries & plums and cobnuts. We’re looking forward to experimenting with the lesser known forgeable ingredients.

Just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you for the calming walk a few Sundays ago. I knew I’d come away with a few tips and tricks but I hadn’t expected to what extent – I haven’t been able to go on a walk since without spotting an edible flower or leaf. Most surprising of all, I came away feeling unplugged from the usual manic that tends to creep into my days. Thank you again for introducing me to local wild edibles and for the reset to a slower pace.
